Rande Helgesen-Hansen

I attended BCCC for a year, then began working as a legal secretary, first in Langhorne then in Philadelphia.

I met my Norwegian husband Per in 1982, and on Dec. 30 1983 Per and I were married in Bensalem. In Feb. 84 I moved to Norway. We live in a suburb of Oslo. We are avid hikers and enjoy trekking in the Norwegian mountains. Cross-country skiing is our winter pasttime. We also love to travel and Norway is a great vantage point for visiting European and Asian countries.

I visit my family in Bensalem as often as I can, and enjoyed attending the reunion in '08.

Some of my best memories are from the music department and drill team. I also enjoyed participating in plays and musicals - The Odd Couple, Oklahoma, The Music Man, Li'l Abner come to mind. Teachers I remember best? Mr. Barron, Miss Kochis, Mrs. Middlekoff, Mr. Thullen
